The Baby Sleep Course

Designed for babies aged 5–17 months, this course helps parents understand sleep at this stage, build supportive routines, and address common challenges with clarity and confidence.

  2. How to organise daytime naps and night sleep for smoother nights.

  3. How to manage night feeds across the different months, including how to drop or eliminate some or all.

  4. Managing short naps and navigating nap transitions (e.g., 3→2, 2→1 naps).

  5. Introduction to sleep coaching, gentle methods & how to choose what fits your family.

  6. How to manage sleep during regressions, sickness, and travel.

  7. Understanding your baby’s sleep needs, cycles & how they evolve after 5 months.

  8. Setting age-appropriate wake windows, nap durations & bedtime timing.

  9. The link between nutrition & sleep, ideal feeding schedules, and night feeds.

  10. Creating the perfect sleep environment & bedtime routine.
