There are two options for a group of friends who are interested in the Sleep Coaching Program, within the age group of 6 months - 3 years old.

Option 1: 1-1 Sleep Coaching - Special Rate: 

  • Get your sleep back!

  • 1-1 1.5 hrs consultation session

  • Written personalized sleep plan 

  • 1 week of preparation with 3 check-ins via WhatsApp 

  • Texting support at bedtime (first 2 nights of the program) via WhatsApp

  • 2 weeks of daily support (texting & calls) within business hours via Whatsapp & zoom

  • Daily sleep log review across the day whenever updated

  • 1-1 wrap-up call via zoom

Price: 

  • 2,800 EGP/family for a group of 3-4 families instead of 3,200 EGP

  • 2,600 EGP/family for a group of 5-8 families instead of 3,200 EGP

Option 2:  Group Sleep Coaching  - Discounted Rate: 

  • Get your sleep back!

  • 2 hr group consultation (Sunday)

  • One sleep guide for all the families (methods to be personalized for each child)

  • 1 week of preparation with 3 check-ins by the Consultant in the Facebook group 

  • 2 weeks of daily support within business hours: 

> 2 daily check-ins on the Facebook group 

> 4 scheduled follow-up calls for Q&A (Monday & Thursday)

  • Daily sleep log review for each child - once daily 

  • 1 hr group wrap-up call (Sunday)

Price: 

  • 2,450 EGP/family for a group of 3-4 families instead of 3,200 EGP

  • 2,250 EGP/family for a group of 5-8 families instead of 3,200 EGP

Note about the group coaching: 

  • The age of the children should be within the same range (to be approved by the consultant before starting) so that the process is efficient.

  • This is a group setup, so we will have 1 Facebook group for support and 1 sleep log with a log for each child. 

  • All consultations and follow-up calls will be on fixed timings. Recording for all calls will be available if anyone can't make it live. 

  • The consultation call is scheduled to be on a Sunday. 

  • The follow-up sessions are scheduled on Mondays (evening) & Thursdays (morning) 

  • All the families will need to commit to a starting date for the coaching phase (1 week after the consultation, to start on the following Sunday). 

  • If a certain number of families commit and not everyone joins the difference in prices will be quoted to the families who decide to join. 

  • Slots are open now for February and March only.

  • Complete sleep history form/family 

  • Start with a consultation (fixed time for the group or each family to pick a suitable time if you decide to do the 1-1 setup)
