  • Answer your specific questions (feeds, naps, night wakings, routines)

  • Create a clear, realistic plan you can start immediately

What Happens After the Consultation?

Every family is different. After your consultation, you can choose the level of support that feels right for you:

Option 1: Implement on Your Own

  • Use the guidance from the consultation at your own pace

  • Best for parents who feel confident and consistent

Option 2: Medium Support

  • Additional calls or messaging support to help with small adjustments

  • Ideal for mild to medium sleep challenges and transitions

Option 3: Full Sleep Program

  • Personalized 1-on-1 support for deeper or major challenges 

  • 6-week program with calls and messaging support 

  • 1-1 Full Sleep Support Program

    - Written customized sleep plan

    - Preparation: 1-3 weeks (Bi-weekly messaging checks)

    - Coaching: 3 weeks of messaging and unlimited calls (With sleep log review)

    - Bedtime coaching support for bedtime - night 1

    - Wrap up call

  • Medium Support Options

    For families who want more than a single consultation but don’t need a full program.

    Messaging Support 

    - WhatsAppsupport: 1 week / 2 weeks / 1 month

    - WhatsApp support: twice/week for 1 month

    Calls Support

    - 30 mins call
